Aperitivo, lunch and dinner in Treviglio
At La Bidule, you can stop by for a glass and something to share, stay for lunch, or book one of our risottos for dinner as well.
Our kitchen follows a simple idea: a few products, selected with the same care we give to our bottles. Cured meats, cheeses, focaccia and other ingredients come mainly from small producers in the Bergamo area and become sharing boards, pinsa and dishes designed to accompany wine and sake without overcomplicating things.

Aperitivo in Treviglio
You do not necessarily need to order a full dinner to stop by La Bidule.
For aperitivo, we offer sharing boards of cured meats and cheeses from Bergamo, pinsa, focaccia and our AperitiVino: a simple accompaniment to add to a glass or bottle, for anyone who wants to drink something interesting while nibbling on a few local products.
Wine is not the only option, of course: at the bar you will also find our sake selection.

Lunch at La Bidule
At lunch, the idea stays the same: an informal offering built around ingredients we have selected one by one.
Alongside sharing boards, pinsa and focaccia, we offer a changing selection of risottos. Options may include Barolo DOCG and Castelmagno DOP risotto, or pumpkin and Bagoss DOP risotto.
In the colder months, our Orobic polenta taragna also returns, made with dairy butter and Branzi cheese.
Risotto at dinner too
Our risottos can also be enjoyed at dinner.
To organise them properly, we simply ask you to book them by the morning of the previous day.
If you have a quiet evening in mind with a bottle chosen together and a hot risotto at the table, message us and we will tell you what is available.

Cured meats and cheeses from Bergamo
An important part of our food offering comes from the province of Bergamo.
We select cured meats and cheeses from local producers because we want everything that reaches the sharing board to have a clear story too, just like the wine we pour into the glass.
Taleggio, Strachitunt, Branzi, goat's cheeses and cured meats from Bergamo change and rotate according to availability and selection.
Vegetarian options
Anyone who prefers a vegetarian option should not have to settle for whatever is left on the menu.
We can prepare dedicated sharing boards, and there are several options among cheeses, pinsa, focaccia, risotto and desserts. Ask us what is available at the time: we would rather recommend something we would happily eat ourselves.
Desserts
To finish lunch or dinner - or simply to treat yourself to something sweet - Erica prepares spoon desserts that change over time.
Options may include Shiro, with a biscuit base, white chocolate and miso namelaka and black sesame, and La BiDubai Chocolate, with pistachio paste, crunchy kataifi and dark chocolate mousse.
