Why we write

We do not write to give lessons. We write because every bottle we choose, every journey and every encounter leaves us with something worth sharing. Sometimes it will be a producer, another time a pairing, an appellation we knew little about, or simply a question someone asked at the counter.

It is the same way we work at La Bidule: curiosity before certainty, and no exam to pass.
